If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt (in the light of Covid-19 this has currently been extend to 28 days). Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached and the returns form filled in and enclosed. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from returning the item to receiving your refund.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU SHOULD EMAIL US AT email@example.com TO NOTIFY US OF THE RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS. YOU SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR IF YOU REQUIRE AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND.
Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.
Items purchased in a sale are not refundable.
Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be refunded if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please ensure you get proof of posting.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
